When customer tries to start up the EPM server, Prinergy will not start but there are no messages indicating why. UADM has pop-ups indicating that Main Directory Daemon has crashed. Solution |
Assuming that the customer has paid for EPM, email LicenseKey@creo.com to get a new license key with EPM enabled. You will need to provide the DSC and DSN of the dongle in the e-mail. Permanent fix: |
