Machine hosting hot folders must be on-line when Prinergy is started. |

Symptoms |
Hot folders on a non-Primary machine (either tertiary, renderstation, secondary or elsewhere) are cold. |
|
|
|

Cause |
When the Hot Folder daemon starts up, it tries to monitor all it's hot folders. However, it expects the folder to actually exist. If the folder doesn't exist at startup, hot folder logs an error to diag for that hot folder and doesn't monitor it. |
|
|
|
||
Solution |
Make sure the server hosting the hot folder is up and restart Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
