Symptoms |
The Prinergy 2.1 Client Installer prompts you to install MRJ 2.2.5 before it can proceed. Accepting and installing MRJ does not make any difference, and the Client Installer asks you to install MRJ over and over again. This was originally seen on a Mac OS 9.1, but may also be a problem on other versions. |

A previously disabled version of the MRJLib may exist in the System:Extensions (disabled) folder. | |

Solution |
Re-enable MRJ by moving MRJLib from "System:Extensions (disabled)" to "System:Extensions", or delete the disabled instance of MRJLib. Permanent fix: |
