Symptoms

The Prinergy 2.1 Client Installer will not work on a client machine running Mac OS 9.x.

The Client Installer displays the "Preparing to Install" message, but then an error message appears.

Cause

There may be a double quote character ("), in the hard drive name.

Solution

Rename the hard drive and remove any double quote characters from the name, then try the Prinergy 2.1 Client Installer again.
