Symptoms |
SignaPack does not recognize an upper case extension (EPS) when adding files to the user defined marks. The EPS files are being added to the correct marks folders within SignaPack but are not dispayed in the user defined marks UI. |

Solution |
Change the extension to a lower case EPS and the files will be displayed. The upper case EPS may be added by the "Append Extension" setting in the Save As menu of Adobe Illustrator. Permanent fix: |
