Symptoms |
If you open Prinergy Administrator on a secondary server or render station running Prinergy 2.1.0.X, and you click on Tools -> Configure System..., the error message below appears. This error message does not appear if you run UADM from the primary server or an EPM server. |

Cause |
Prinergy Administrator is unable to connect to the database on the primary server. | |

Solution |
This is a bug in the 2.1.0.X version of UADM. The History Logs tab is the only area affected by this bug. If you wish to view or modify the History Log purge settings, run UADM on the primary server. Permanent fix: |
