Symptoms

importing job tickets from existing job folders in the System folder or Transient Layout folders will cause the output to shift 1/8"

Cause

Solution

If they want to use an existing layout from another job, they should be Exporting the job and creating a new job from the exported job. The exported job contains the job metadata information such as 1-up artwork assignments for the job and the layout plan for the job. They can reassign new artwork and will get the same offsets of the original job.

Note: Make sure the system is running SignaPack 7.0.6 or later.
