Symptoms |
When refining the input file with Thumbnails checked ON in the refine Process Plan, the thumbnails may appear blank or cropped. Pandora references the thumbnail jpeg to be used for step and repeat if launched interactively through Workshop. |

Cause |
Known intermittent problem when generating thumbnails from Prinergy. | |

Solution |
Workaround: stop and start the Proof JTP referenced under Thumbnail in the Refine process plan. If a JTP Pool is being used, you will have to stop and start all JTPs referenced by the pool, to ensure the problem JTP is restarted. After restarting the JTP(s), re-refine the input file. If this problem is encountered frequently, consider having auto-restart configured on the Proof JTP(s). Auto-restart requests should be directed to the Creo RC Permanent fix: |
