%%[ Error: limitcheck; OffendingCommand: image ]%% |

Symptoms |
Large copydot images from non-Renaissance scanners fail in the Normalizer. |
Cause |
The Adobe Extreme Normalizer in 2.2 and lower has a limit of 32,000 pixels for images. In 2.3, the Normalzier can handle a limit of ~131,000 pixels for 1-bit data. (However, using Copydot JTP to retile that data is recommended). |
Solution |
Use Copydot Toolkit to reformat the image to use tiles of size 2048 x 2048 and G4 compression or set up the scanner to output 2048 x 2048 tiled images. Permanent fix: |
