Symptoms |
The NT Resource Kit utility 'PrintMig.exe' hangs and shows the status of 'Starting Spooler' and 'Spooler Running'. |

Cause |
The folder that the PrintMig utility is installed in contains spaces. The PrintMig utility is used in the Prinergy 1.1 Re-Hosting document (72-3494A-A-PR01). PrintMig is an NT 4 Resource Kit utility that backs up and restores the NT printer configuration. This utility is only compatible with Windows NT; it is not Windows 2000 compatible. |
