After installing Workshop Client on Mac, HEIDELBERG mini-installer Script doesn't create needed subfolder "Config"

Product

Platform

Mac

Operating system

Error

following error occurs when starting Workshop 1st time:

Can't get <<class cfol>> "MACOS9:Anwenderprogramme (Mac OS 9):Adobe Acrobat 4.0:Plug-Ins:Prinergy Plug-Ins:Config" of application ...

(see attached screenshot "MacWSClient2070FolderConfigMissing.zip")

mini-installer script should check if the folder exists

Symptoms

After installing Mac Workshop Client 2.0.7 following error occurs when starting Workshop 1st time:

Can't get <<class cfol>> "MACOS9:Anwenderprogramme (Mac OS 9):Adobe Acrobat 4.0:Plug-Ins:Prinergy Plug-Ins:Config" of application ...

(see attached screenshot "MacWSClient2070FolderConfigMissing.zip")

Cause

  missing folder "Config"

Solution

The folder "Config" must be created first before HEIDELBERGScript can install Prinergy plugins correctly.

So empty subfolder "Config" in folder "Prinergy Plug-Ins" has to be created.

Starting Workshop again then HEIDELBERGScript runs correctly installing all the needed plugins as it should...

Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0
