Symptoms |
Normalizer always shows the status of "Starting". Task Manager does not show any PNormalizerJTP.exe running on the system. |

Cause |
The file %AraxiHome%\AdobeExtreme\Bin\NormInputConfig does not exist or has the wrong extension. The NormInputConfig file should not have any extension. If the file was created in Notepad, it may have been created with a .txt extension. |

Solution |
Ensure a valid NormInputConfig file exists within the %AraxiHome%\AdobeExtreme\Bin folder. If you used Notepad to create the file, ensure there is no .TXT extension at the end of the file name. To start the normalizers, restart Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
