Symptoms |
The jobs are homed on a Win2K tertiary server and Prinergy fails to refine any file on the tertiary server. The tasks fail with the "subtask list is incomplete" error. A NET VIEW \\server shows this message: The Server service is not started.

Cause |
The Server service on the tertiary server is not running or there are thousands of hotfolders on the job volume. | |

||
Solution |
1) Set the Server service on the tertiary server to AUTOMATIC and start the Server service. 2) Change the hotfolder polling to 30 seconds. (Change the registry value HKLM\Software\Creo\Araxi\Settings\Default\SPHF\PollingRefreshTimeInMilliseconds to 30000). Permanent fix: |
