Cause |
These are some of the reasons why PChangeJobShare fails with this error. 1) You are logged in with a user account that does not have access to the source or target server. 2) The source or target server is entered in the %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\etc\OtherHosts file and the server is an NT server, not a UNIX server. 3) The source or target server is NOT entered in the %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\etc\OtherHosts and the server IS a UNIX server. |

1) Ensure that you are logged in with an account that has full administrator access to both the source and target servers. 2) Ensure that no entries exist in the %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\etc\OtherHosts file for NT based servers. 3) Ensure that an entry exists in the %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\etc\OtherHosts for UNIX based servers.
