Cause |
The registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Shares contains entries for AraxiVolume shares that are not accessible. A "dead" share can exist in the registry if a disk drive is removed from the system before removing the NT share from the drive. | |
Solution |
Remove the entry for the "dead" NT share from the registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Shares. You must restart Prinergy after removing the registry value(s) for the dead share(s). Before removing the entry for the dead share, export the HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Shares registry key first using Regedit. Permanent fix: |
