Symptoms |
When you start up Prinergy, a pop-up boix appears in UADM indicating that the Notification service has crashed and Prinergy shuts down. The only errors showing up in Diagview are error messages from the system shutting down. |

Cause |
The Notify database used by the Notification Service is corrupted in some way. The Notification Service is a part of Orbacus and is used by Link. | |

Solution |
The Notify database can be removed and the Notification Service will re-create the database during startup. 1) Stop Prinergy 2) In Explorer, go to the %AraxiHome%\IonaOrbacus\Bin folder. 3) Rename the Notify_Database folder to _Notify_Database or something else. 4) Restart Prinergy.
