Add a password to the listener.ora file. 1) In Notepad, open the file \Ora816\network\Admin\listener.ora 2) Add this line at the bottom of the file: PASSWORDS_LISTENER = 3DF69A1B53E45636 3) Save the modified file. 4) Stop and restart the OracleCreoTNSListener service or reboot the server.
