Symptoms |
All the hotfolders are cold. If you remove and re-add a hotfolder or create a new hotfolder, that hotfolder will work until you restart Prinergy. After restarting Prinergy, all the hotfolders will be cold. There are no errors in the diag logs from PHotfolderD (SPHF). The PHotfolderD process will only have 11 threads. Normally PHotfolderD will display informational messages in diag as the threads monitoring the hotfolders are created. In this case, no information messages appear other than that the hotfolder daemon has started. |
