Symptoms |
InSite servers running on Prinergy secondary servers are being backed up twice. UADM -> Configure System -> Backup shows the InSite server listed twice in the "Servers to be backed up" list. |

The InSite server entry in the NodeList registry is entered in lowercase letters. | |

||
Solution |
1) Open Regedit. 2) Navigate to HKLM\Software\Creo\Araxi\Settings\Default\System 3) Change the computer names listed in the NodeList registry value to all upppercase. 4) Remove the duplicate entry from the registry value RemoteServerList in HKLM\Software\Creo\Araxi\Settings\Default\System\Backup.
