Symptoms |
When the system is failed over into EPM mode, the printer JTPs will not start up. The error message shows the output JTP name with _AS_PROOF appended to the jtp name. |

Cause |
The DASS\JTPModels registry key contains information from the older output JTP configuration. The old output JTP configuration used SupraRIP, SupraAssem and the output JTP executables. The new configuration only uses the PPrinterJTP executable. | |

Solution |
Remove the old HKLM\Software\Creo\Araxi\Settings\Default\DASS\JTPModels registry key from the EPM server and replace it with the JTPModels registry key obtained from the original primary server. Permanent fix: |
