Symptoms |
Prinergy Administrator UADM indicates that the Araxi service is stopped on the server, however, processing is still possible. If the primary server appears stopped, Prinergy Workshop will still be able to connect to the primary server. This only happens on Prinergy 3.1.0.x systems. |

Cause |
In Prinergy 3.1, Araxi.exe was replaced with a new version. This version spawns the Prinergy processes but they are not spawned as "child" processes. If Araxi.exe crashes, the processes spawned by Araxi.exe will not exit. | |
