Symptoms |
Process templates and process template groups do not show up in workshop. If you look at the right side of workshop under Global, no process templates or template groups are showing. No process templates will appear in the list in the Hotfolder configuration dialog box. The only place where you can see process templates are in the Process Template Editor.

Cause |
The Task Template server reads a file %ARAXIHOME%CreoAraxi\Data\MetaData\Prinergy.ini for the Process Template categories (Refine, LP Output, IP Output etc.), but the file does not exist. | |

Solution |
Copy the folder file %ARAXIHOME%CreoAraxi\Data\MetaData from a working system. The folder should contain Director.ini, Prinergy.ini, and several .GIF files (a .GIF file for each category). Permanent fix: |
