Error |
Symptoms |
When failing over to EPM or EPM+ mode, the process templates are old and out of date or there are no process templates at all. The Prinergy software was initially installed with the Prinergy 3.x fresh installer. |
Cause |
The fresh installer is using the wrong path when it creates the scheduled task for the StartAraxiFileReplicator.cmd script. The StartAraxiFileReplicator.cmd script starts the AraxiFileReplicator service at it's scheduled time. |
Solution |
Remove the scheduled task and restart Prinergy. 1) In a command prompt window, remove the AraxiFileReplicator task. - D:\> AT - Status ID Day Time Command Line - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - 1 Each M T W Th F S Su 10:00 PM cmd /c C:\Prinergy2.0.4\CreoAraxi\Bin\StartAraxiFileReplicator.cmd - 11 Each M T W Th F S Su 11:00 PM cmd.exe /c C:\Prinergy2.0.4\CreoAraxi\bin\SubmitOracleBackupJob.cmd C:\Prinergy2.0.4\CreoAraxi\bin If it shows ...\CreoAraxi\Bin\StartAraxiFileReplicator.cmd, remove the task by entering AT n /D where n is the task id. In this case, the task id is 1 so you would enter "AT 1 /D". If it shows ...\lib\python\com\creo\araxi\FileReplicator\StartAraxiFileReplicator.cmd, the scheduled task is ok, and no actions are required. 2) Stop and restart Prinergy, Cleanup.cmd will recreate the task during Prinergy startup. DO NOT run Cleanup.cmd manually while Prinergy is running!!! Cleanup.cmd will kill all Prinergy processes! Permanent fix: |
