Symptoms

DigiCap is turned on in Final Output process plan, but Final Output does not have DigiCap applied. No DigiCap information is logged to History.

Cause

Solution

As DigiCap is presently of concern only to flexo customers, who require TIFF Output, Final Output process plans do not have to be used to create final TIFF files.

Use Layout Proof Output process plans to create final TIFF files with DigiCap screening. Layout Proof Output process plans correctly apply DigiCap and log DigiCap information to History logs.
