Error |

Symptoms |
Only the black channel of the page renders. To reproduce the problem: A separated PostScript file is output from CEPSLink. It is refined in Prinergy using a Normalizer JTP configured to bypass CEPSLink PostScript. The resulting PDF is output to proof or plate. |
Cause |
Normalizer should extract the color information for each channel when configured for bypass. In this case, it is only extracting the black channel. | |
Solution |
From CEPSLink, create DCS (no proof data) output instead of separated PostScript. Re-refine in Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
