Symptoms |
Rendering to plate or other high-resolution output reveals hairline artifacts distributed at random across the output. |
Cause |
The resolution of the original LW files does not match that of the output device. Prinergy 2.0 includes a licensable CTLW Import JTP. This JTP converts Brisque CT/LW pages and TIFF-IT P1 pages into PostScript. |

Solution |
In the Refine process plan, under the CEPS Conversion step, enable "resample linework". Set the target resolution to be the same as that of the output deivce, usually 2400 dpi. Permanent fix: |
