Symptoms |
Small areas of a PDF page created by the CEPS JTP appear inverted. For instance, a black diamond on a green background becomes a black square with a white diamond. |
Cause |
The Color Converter JTP is treating small image mask tiles incorrectly. This problem was introduced with Prinergy 2.0.4 update 15. In general, using the ColorMatcher on CEPS files is not recommended, because the "Set Colors to Knockout" and "Set Black to Overprint" can adversely change the rendering result of the pages. |

Solution |
Disable the "Set Black to Overprint" option in the Normalizer process plan. Permanent fix: |
