Symptoms |
If you're downloading patches with Internet Explorer 5.x, it will try to add a .zip extension to the .ppu patch. So instead of being saved as Prinergy-1_0p21-x86.ppu, the patch is saved as Prinergy-1_0p21-x86.ppu.zip. |

The "Save as type" selected is "WinZip". | |

Solution |
Change the "Save as type" field to "All Files" when preparing to download the patch. Permanent fix: |
