Symptoms

The Prinergy update fails when running the Workshop installer for Mac OS 9.

Cause

The path D:\Prinergy2.0.4\CreoAraxi\support\Installers\MacOS9\WorkshopInstaller does not exist. The PPU utility fails when it can't find it.

Solution

1. Create an empty text file called WorkshopInstaller, and place it in the folder
   D:\Prinergy2.0.4\CreoAraxi\support\Installers\MacOS9\.

Note: The WorkshopInstaller file must not have any extension. For example, do not add .txt.

2. Re-run the update.
