Symptoms |
After you install Kodak Preps® digital imposition software, Prinergy Trap Editor software, or possibly other related software, and you enter the corresponding license key in Prinergy Administrator, the Prinergy Floating License Manager service will not start. As a result, the Preps client cannot connect. | ||
Cause |
This problem is under investigation by the Prinergy product development team. | ||
Solution |
Restart the server after you install the license. | ||
