Backup tapes are not recognized and RSM crashes when you upgrade to Prinergy 4.0.2.1 [ID: 82129]

Error		`Runtime Error! Program: C:\WINDOWS\system32\rsmmllsv.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for information.`

Symptoms		When Prinergy is upgraded to 4.0.2.1, backup and archiving tapes are not properly identified. This causes RSM to crash continually and triggers a runtime error message.

Cause		This problem appears to be caused by a .dll incompatibilty issue.

Solution		Start the Registry Editor and remove the `Creo` key from `\Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\Control\NTMS\OMID\Tape\`.
