Symptoms

In Prinergy 3.1.0.6 and earlier, RBA rules will not activate if you change the Prinergy folder from Prinergy 2.0.4 to Prinergy during rehosting.

Cause

The Automation table in the database contains the incorrect Prinergy folder path setting.

Solution

If you want to change the folder path, you must first upgrade to Prinergy 3.1.0.7 before rehosting the system. Alternately, you can reactivate all the RBA rules after rehosting, or use the same Prinergy folder path on the new server as you used on the old server.
