Error

Prinergy 4 is not qualified for Proliant DL 380 G4 server model (or other HP servers)

Symptoms

When you run PreCheck.exe on an HP server, it fails. Prinergy 4.x will install and run on the server, but there may be performance issues.

Cause

PreCheck.exe is incompatible with HP servers.

Solution

You can safely ignore the error message and proceed with the Prinergy 4.x installation.
