Symptoms

Prinergy Workshop does not install automatically on computers running the Mac OS X Leopard operating system. However, Workshop can be installed manually by copying the application folder from a Mac computer that does not use the Leopard operating system. Ensure that you select the entire application folder \Applications\Kodak\Prinergy.

After Workshop is installed manually, there are some problems with opening PDFs from inside Workshop, and launching Kodak Preps^® digital imposition softwarefrom Workshop. Otherwise, Workshop appears to work normally on Mac computers running Mac OS X Leopard.

Solution

These issues are expected to be fixed in Prinergy update 4.0.2.3.
