Symptoms

Process templates that were created in Prinergy version 4.0.2.1 (other than 4.0.2.1c) disappear after the Prinergy version is rolled back to 4.0.2.0 and then upgraded to 4.0.2.1c.

Solution

The process templates created in Prinergy 4.0.2.1 are stored in the %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\Data\Processplans-4021 folder.

Locate this folder and copy the missing process templates to the ProcessPlans folder in order to restore them.
