Error

Creo.PWS.Automation.FileTransferEngine.FileTransferEngine():Exception message: Could not find a part of the path “pT:\”.

Symptoms

After rehosting, the Automation File Transfer server, which transfers files needed for rules-based automation (RBA), shuts down unexpectedly.

Cause

The old system Temp drive was configured on drive T, but the new system Temp drive is configured on drive C. RBA looks for the old Temp drive.

Solution

1. In Prinergy Administrator, select Tools > Configure RBA.
2. Click the File Transfer tab.
3. In the Transfer Destination Path box, type C:\Temp.
4. In the Transfer Metadata Path box, type C:\Temp.
5. Click OK.
