Prinergy Powerpack users have problems purchasing Enfocus PitStop version 7


Product		Kodak^® Prinergy^® Powerpack, all versions Enfocus PitStop version 6

Symptoms		A customer who currently has Artwork Systems Enfocus PitStop preflighting and editing software, version 6, tries to purchase version 7 Pitstop software from Enfocus Software, but is directed back to Kodak.

Cause		Kodak bundles PitStop version 6 with Prinergy Powerpack, but does not sell upgrades of the software. Since Kodak sold the initial version of PitStop, Enfocus Software has no record of the customer.

Solution		Refer customers to the online form that Enfocus Software provides for Kodak customers at http://www.enfocus.com/upgrade.php?id=855. Customers can use this form to upgrade their versions of PitStop, using their current PitStop license.
