Symptoms

In Prinergy Workshop, you open a job and create a new imposition, using the Kodak Preps^® digital imposition software. You then close that job, open a second job, and begin to create another new imposition using the Preps software. When the New Imposition Details dialog box appears, you click OK. Workshop closes unexpectedly.

Solution

Do not close the first Prinergy job before creating or editing an imposition for a second job.

Note: This problem is fixed in version 4.0.2.3.
