Prinergy 4.0.2.0 upgrade fails on a secondary server running Hot Standby (EPM+)

Symptoms		During an upgrade from Prinergy 4.0.2.0 on a secondary server running Hot Standby (EPM+), the Prinergy Update Utility (PPU) fails and the error message appears.

Cause		The Hot Standby replicator service (VERITAS Storage Replicator™ software) is running and locking the Ora816 folder. This prevents the PPU from accessing the folder.

Solution		Manually stop the VERITAS Storage Replicator RSA service before the upgrade and restart it after the upgrade.
