Symptoms

In Prinergy Workshop, a delay of about a minute occurs when you click Open the Job Folder in File Browser on a Mac computer, if the job is hosted on an Xserve server and the job volume name ends with a single digit (for example, AraxiVolume-2006-1 or AraxiVolume-2006-2).

Solution

Move the jobs to a volume that does not have a single digit extension to its name, and avoid using this kind of naming convention in the future.
