Error

At least one feature must be enabled for this JTP type

Symptoms

In Prinergy Administrator, you are unable to add an Archiver JTP or Purge JTP using the JTPs tab, and the error message appears.

Cause

This is a known problem in Prinergy Administrator 4.0.2.2e.

Solution

1. Quit Prinergy Administrator and then start it again.
2. Click the Processes tab.
3. Add the Archiver and Purge JTPs (select JTP > Add JTP > Archive).

Note: Do not click the JTP tab. If you do, you must close Prinergy Administrator and repeat the procedure.
