Symptoms

When you select the Jobs folder using the Finder, the Finder closes suddenly. This problem occurs on all Mac computers at the same site.

Cause

The NetworkTrash hidden folder is corrupted.

Solution

Delete the NetworkTrash hidden folder:

1. Stop Prinergy.
2. Stop Mac and Windows sharing of the Prinergy Jobs volume (AraxiVolume).
3. Move the visible contents of the Jobs folder to a temporary folder on the same physical disk. Do not move the NetworkTrash hidden folder.
4. Delete the Jobs folder.
5. Create a new folder called Jobs.
6. Move the jobs from the temporary folder to the new Jobs folder.
7. Create the shares again.
8. Start Prinergy.
