Symptoms

You have a number of processes that you would like to delete from Prinergy Evo and you do not want to wait until the processes expire (in 48 hours).

Solution

You cannot remove select processes. You must remove ALL of the processes (both historical and active).

Warning: This will DELETE ALL PROCESSES from your system. There is no way to restore them after the reset is started.

1. In Prinergy Evo Administrator dialog box, Tools tab, click the Reset Evo button. 

2. In the Reset Prinergy Evo dialog box, How severe should this reset of Prinergy Evo be box, select # 2: Discard all active processes (historical, active, and queued).

3. Click the Reset Now button.

4. Prinergy Evo resets and removes all processes.
