How do I download and import pre-configured process templates?

Use the instructions in this connectivity document Defining Prinergy Evo Server Computer As a Print Spooler For an HP5si LaserJet Printer (196KB)  to connect the Iris43Wide to Prinergy Evo.

Prinergy and the Iris43WIDE (261KB)  

This process templates is intended to be used for creating Imposition proofs at 360 dpi, not contract proofs.

  1. Ensure Iris43Wide is a shared LPR network printer on the Windows device controller computer connected to the Iris43Wide and working properly (print a test page).

  2. In Prinergy Evo, Process Template Editor dialog box, open this process template, and in the Processed File Preference section, select Send Processed Files to check box.

  3. In the Device Path box, browse to and select the Iris43Wide printer.

  4. If you want to change the device resolution, in the Render section, Resolution X and Resolution Y boxes, type 720.

  5. Save the process template.

OutputImposition-Iris43Wide_Staccato.tpl

This process templates is intended to be used for creating Imposition proofs with Staccato screening, not contract proofs.

Repeat the instructions in the Iris43Wide output imposition above.

  • 41.9375 inches x 32 inches
  • Shifted -0.3875 inches from the center to compensate for Iris offset
  • Tumble duplex enabled
  • Marks disabled
  Iris 43Wide February 2005 Josh Garrett 1.0 and 1.1 Windows Driver Windows 2000 Server OutputPDF-Iris43Wide_SheetMarks.tpl This process template is intended to be used for creating page proofs at 720 DPI with the following characteristics:
  • 41.9375 inches x 32 inches
  • Shifted -0.3875 inches from the center to compensate for Iris offset
  • Tumble duplex enabled
  • Sheet mark applied
  • Duplex shift applied to front to compensate for the sheet mark

  • 41.9375 inches x 32 inches

  • Works for backing up work and turn jobs
