Symptoms

The Prinergy Evo Server computer attempts to connect to more clients, proofing devices, or imagesetters and platesetters than it is licensed for.

Cause

Prinergy Evo server computers are shipped with five CALS client access license seats) licenses. Each license supports a simultaneous access. A single simultaneous access is consumed for each client, imagesetter, platesetter, and proofing device that connects to the Prinergy Evo Server computer.

Solution

Either limit simultaneous access until the error goes away or:

1. Purchase additional CALS licenses from http://www.microsoft.com
2. From the Start menu, select Settings > Control Panel > License to install the additional CALS licenses.
