Prinergy® Evo 1.0.6.1 | ||
Operating system |
Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Server | ||
Symptoms |
If you submit a file, with media and crop boxes that have non zero offsets and a defined trim and/or bleed box, that requires flattening (for example, a file that contains transparencies, or if you want to refine to PDF x/1:a and your file is missing fonts, or you require OPI replacement) to the Prinergy Evo refine to PDF process, the trim and bleed box may shift. |
||
Cause |
Sometimes, if your input file's media and crop boxes are offset and your input file has a defined trim and/or bleed box, flattening during Prinergy Evo's refine to PDF process, resets the media and crop boxes offset to zero (0,0). However, Prinergy Evo does not always adjust the trim and/or bleed box offset margins accordingly. Therefore, the trim and/or bleed box shifts on the page. For example, if your media and crop boxes offsets are set to (50, 50) and your trim and/or bleed box offsets are set to zero (0,0), during flattening, Prinergy Evo sometimes resets the media box and crop box offsets to zero (0,0), but does not adjust the trim and/or bleed box offsets to (-50, -50). |

Solution |
This problem will be fixed in Prinergy Evo 1.1. |
