Symptoms |
There are no errors or symptoms in the Prinergy Evo user interfaces. |

Cause |
The Prinergy Evo system is licensed for output to a Creo Direct Connect device (via Print Console or CS Xpose). The interface for all Creo direct connected devices is the Generic Device API (GDAPI). Prinergy Evo discovers the direct connect device by periodically searching for a GDAPI DLL. In this case, it is not finding one, most likely because there is no Print Console or CS Xpose running. |

Solution |
Possible solutions: (1) Ignore the error if you are not outputting to Print Console or CS Xpose. (2) Start Print Console or CS Xpose. |
