Symptoms |
Prinergy Evo Client does not display thumbnails of Refined PDF files. |

Cause |
Prinergy Evo uses the operating system that the client software is installed on to work with and display PDF files. |
||
Solution |
Use the Column view in Mac® OS X. When you display a PDF file in column view on Mac OS X in most cases a thumbnail of the page displays. There is no solution currently for Mac OS 9.2.x or Windows 2000 Server clients. |
