Blank pages appear at beginning of JDF marks file in a PDF to PDF job from Preps


Product		Preps^® 4.2.x and 5.0 Prinergy^® Evo 1.x

Symptoms		Blank pages appear at the beginning of Marks PDF files generated as part of a Preps PDF to PDF JDF output. If these pages are removed from the Marks PDF file, a error will occur when Prinergy Evo processes the imposition output.

Cause		Color element information is stored in these blank pages.

Solution		The blank pages are used by Prinergy Evo for PDF to PDF JDF imposition output and should be left in the file.
