Symptoms |
A Preps 5 PDF to PDF PJTF file is not recognized by Prinergy Evo as a correct input file type. |

Cause |
A TIFF preview was included in the PJTF marks file. Prinergy Evo is expecting to find an EPS preview. |
||
Solution |
Resave the marks file without a preview or with an EPS preview instead of a TIFF preview. |
